Antenatal Breastfeeding Classes

At Antenatal & Beyond , I believe that every pregnancy and birth is a unique and special experience. My mission is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for expectant parents, where they can receive the education and support they need to make informed decisions about their birth and beyond. I share evidence-based breastfeeding information to support and empower.

My antenatal breastfeeding classes are open to expectant parents at all stages of pregnancy.

• Colostrum and hand expression

• How to tell if your baby/babies are getting enough milk

Cost

Classes cost £5 to help me cover the cost of the venue but are not for my profit. Attendees will be reimbursed the £5 cost if they book another class with me.
