I’m Megan, a FEDANT registered antenatal educator and mum. I’m passionate about helping you feel confident and prepared for your birth journey. With the right antenatal prep, you’ll be able to make informed choices and set yourself up for a positive experience. Let me guide and support you as you prepare for your birth and those early postpartum days.

I offer in-person antenatal classes for expectant parents in Brockley, Ladywell, Lewisham and surrounding areas at The Sunflower Centre in Brockley, SE4 1XZ

What I Offer...

Welcome Call

Antenatal Preparation - Session 1

A 1:1 conversation via Zoom or phone to meet you prior to the course, get to know your story so far and find out how I can best support you during classes.

These will take place during evenings and will be arranged with you once you book.

Antenatal Preparation - Session 1

Five hours focusing on pregnancy, labour and birth.

We will learn about the physiology and hormones of labour, birth environments, birth positions, the role of the birth partner and how we might prepare for the unexpected.

Postnatal Preparation - Session 2

Postnatal Preparation - Session 2

Five hours focusing on the fourth trimester and what to expect following birth.

This session includes practical baby care, supporting mental health, and feeding choices. There will be WhatsApp groups to help you stay connected and an option for a postnatal meet up.

Postnatal Preparation - Session 2

1 hour postnatal confidence boosting session to help support you after the birth of your baby/babies. These are arranged on a 1:1 basis after you have attended my course and your little one/s are here.

Location

Classes cost £250 per couple. This includes the welcome call, two x 5-hour in person sessions and the postnatal confidence building session.
I reserve one space on each set of course dates for a 'pay what you can' family to help make my classes accessible to all.
